Gas Hot water setup

Hi we have a flat currently hooked up to power, just got a call from meridian energy they said they could hook the gas up for free but it would be the landlords expense to put in the gas pipes in the house and hook up the hot-water cylinder with gas heating. So basically we want our Hot-water cylinder to be changed from power to gas and a gas connection in the lounge for a gas heater. We need a quote asap and will be looking for the most reasonably priced job. Cheers
