New stove connection wanted

We'd like to replace our Stove and already have the new one. We'd like someone to come and change over the connection. I called some local places and they quoted me $400 for the job which I thought was a bit excessive for a 30 minute job. Photos attached are: Bayonet fitting with calipers are existing stove connection into the wall. Yellow hose with two regulators is what came with the new stove.
