We have a freestanding electric oven with gas hob to install which we want to run off small bbq-sized gas bottles. We can do some of the work ourselves - drilling the holes to connect to outside, bottle housing etc. We are looking for advice on how best to run this setup, some hands-on work to connect everything, and making sure it's all compliant and safely installed.
