Plumbing for 2-bed flat

We are building a new 2-bed flat on a lower level of a central Wellington house. There is plumbing already there for a toilet and laundry tub, but a new bathroom is needed, as well as a new kitchen. Please could you quote separately for the following, factoring in expected Council building consent requirements (LABOUR ONLY): 1.Plumb in toilet 2.Plumb in vanity 3.Plumb in shower 4.Plumb in kitchen sink 5.Plumb in washing machine There is a 3-bed flat above, so please also take this into account regarding Council requirements, eg acoustic lagging If you're also a gasfitter please quote separately for: 1.New Infinity gas unit 2.Installation of Infinity gas unit (there is an existing unit already for the upstairs flat so The Gas Hub will install new meter and connection from street) Thank you
