Gas certificate of compliance

I bought a new gas stove. The fitting of the gas stove was done by one of the plumbers. Unfortunately, he has moved to Auckland and I can't find him. He was suppose to give me certificate of compliance which he hasn't done yet. I'm looking for someone who can issue me a certificate of compliance.
