We had an old Rinnai (natural) Gas hot water cylinder crap out about a month ago and flood most the house. Insurance has sorted the damage except we need to pay for a new cylinder or alternative water heater...Also, house is on the market so we are considering best cost/value adding option. We would like a quote for installing a continuious flow system and also switching to an electric cylinder.
