Install new gas oven

I want to arrange to have a new freestanding gas stove installed in my house in Abel Smith St (this is the model we're ordering: --- ) Looking for quotes for disconnecting (and perhaps removing?) the old gas oven and installing the new one. Hoping to get this done between 15th and 20th Dec. Thanks for your help
