Stage 1: Remove and replace external cladding (Hardiplank) on 2 walls, install insulation, run electrics and Cat6, move skylight, remove free standing firebox and flue, fix roof, move internal walls, install new bathroom and utility room, reline ceilings, install attic ladder, plumb in new h/w cylinder (gas) for radiators (pipes run and installed by manufacturer),insulate. Stage 2: Demolish and replace current rear extension (incl bathroom) with a new one (c.7mx7m). Install ensuite. Stage 1 is ready to go in 2-3 weeks and is priority. Stage 2 will follow.
