Plumber/Gasfitter required for maintenance work in kitchen

We have just moved into a new house with a small kitchen and need a plumber and gasfitter to: - raise washing machine taps and/or install washing machine; - seal holes in kitchen wall under sink (around where pipes go out), behind the oven (where it looks like pipes used to go out) and behind the washing machine (around where pipes go out); - check all gas lines are safe and possibly remove a gas heater - check plumbing (including dishwasher taps, bathroom taps and watertightness of the waste and water feed in the bathroom).
