[Photo attached] Knob wont turn, valve is jammed. Tried lubrication but made no difference. It doesn't push down and turn like other knobs. Also, we have switched off the auto ignite as the clicking just kept continuously clicking. Now lighting with gas lighter but would like repaired too. Thank you :)
