Unhook stove from mains gas

Hi I need to replace a gas stove with a new one. The new one is slightly bigger than the one I'm replacing and so I need the old one removed so that the builder can cut the bench to size and then I need someone who can come back and reattach it. I'd also like a gas fitter who can look at the gas heater that I have in the same building. Should be a really quick job but I need someone who can come before Thursday. Thanks
