Replacing natural gas Hob with new one

The property got piped natural gas connection. The current gas Hob is wearing out. I have bought a new one and looking for a trade person to remove the existing gas Hob and install a new one. This Hob's isolation valve is just outside the kitchen wall. Up to the isolation valve there is a yellow color pipe and then it's slim copper pipe.
