My kitchen is about 10 or 11 square metres. I want to retain the majority of the existing kitchen joinery structure but replace the bench top and all joinery frontage (cupboard doors, drawer fronts etc). I will also need some additional joinery from scratch where there is no existing joinery, or where the existing joinery is not sufficient for our plans. I would also like a long narrow shelf built above the window (approx 2.5 metres long) I would like a bi-fold window (wooden framed) in the existing 2.5x1m window space. The floors are currently cork, and I would like removed and the wooden floor underneath sanded back and polished. The floor-area for this is about 8 square metres. I would like to tile one wall of the kitchen, approx a 3 metre square area behind the oven, and possibly also the splash back area over the sink. I am purchasing a new gas oven that will need to be plumbed into our gas supply, and i would also like a rangehood installed above it (built into joinery to be created as above). I’ll need an electrician to install new lighting and plugs. I also want to put in a new sink, so there will be some plumbing too.
