Gas Hot Water System

I'm looking into getting a gas hot water system. I'm unsure what one to go with. I live in a 2 bed house with my partner, we have occasional guests. 1 shower and a normal kitchen. We have been quoted for the Rheem 27 system full install. But I'm thinking 27 might be overkill. We don't have access to mains gas, so will be wanting bottles, and hoping to upgrade the kitchen to gas in the future. Would appreciate your thoughts, and a quote for the system you suggest, thanks!
