Hi, We have a Rheem Integrity 24 hot water system and our hot water keeps cutting out, which means freezing cold showers for us. Grim. The error message says C 8 12. Which I think means "flame failure". Is there any one who can come out and take a look today - Friday 22 July ? Or tomorrow morning at the latest? Thanks in advance. Gary & Becks Reid
