Gas pipes to gas bottles

Hi. Currently my hot water system and stove top is natural gas piped. I want to convert that system to bottle as a short term and then later separate it for stove top gas and electrical hot water. I understand it's a lot of job but I want someone who can quote me reasonably. Sometimes people quote ridiculous prices e.g. 2L paint can $450. A bag of cement is quoted at $500. So someone who wants to make business on ethical values, please.
