Lounge Heater in second floor lounge

An outside bottled gas supply will supply gas to fireplace/heater on the second floor. Installation of the heater, including venting, is required. The heater has not been selected or acquired. In the supplied photo the white wall is 1.4 meters and the red wall is 2.0 meters. Would like to have this job done by June 2023. Cost will depend on whether it includes the heater or is just labour, but $5,000 - $10,000 with the heater included would be expected.
