Gas califont install

My boat had a Rinnai low pressure gas califont fitted in a gas locker in the cockpit, for hot water and shower requirements. The Rinnai califont has failed, and this model has been discontinued, without making a suitable replacement model. I have bought another brand, but the foot print is not the same, as the new califont is a bit longer, so will need new screw holes drilled to fit it, and the water inlet and outlet pipes, and gas inlet line, will need to be adjusted to fit, as they aren't in the same place on the new califont. The space in the gas locker is quite tight, which could make the job a bit awkward, otherwise I would attempt to fit it myself.
