Need a reasonably priced Gasfitter for disconnection

We had installed 2x gas hobs in the house which needs to be removed and the gas pipe to be shut or closed off for compliance purposes. We have sold the house and the new owner requires the hobs to be removed, which I will do myself, as a certified builder. I just need a gas fitter to disconnect the gas lines and issue the certification for this job. Which I will provide to the new owners. On a budget, so please provide a quote or a ball park figure to be chosen for this job. The job needs to be done this week if possible.
