Gas hot water with pressure

We are considering changing to a gas hot water system. We are currently on an old low pressure hot water system. We would like a quote to supply and install. I have access to an electrician already. There is an additional job in that we would like to connect our water tank to a meter so would like to do this at the same time. Wanting to know what would be involved with possibly new pipe routing etc.
