Fix Hob / Replace Gas Heater / Remove & refit heater during carpet laying

Hi- we have three bits of work we'd like to get done (and the stove one is urgent this week ideally...) We would like a quote to remove and replace our aging gas fireplace. (see photo). We'd also like to have our gas heater removed (and reinstalled) prior to/after our upcoming re-carpeting. We also have had one of the knobs/valves on our gas cooktop suddenly stop working, we we want the broken valve/knob replaced. It's a Parmco HO-6-77S-4GW.
