New Hob- LPG connection

Hi there, we are seeking the help of a registered gasfitter to have a new gas hob that needs an LPG connection. Straight forward, but I am detailing everything required in my understanding to help with a quote. Based on a safe install location for the cylinder that has been established there is 8.5m of yellow piping required, and this would need a total of 5 elbows for the run. 3m of this would be on the subfloor with clips needed to attach to the timber. You would also need to provide the slab base(6x6) for the cylinder, as well as terminate the end with an LPG regulator to connect the bottle, as well as an eyelet and restraining chain and shackle. We would also like a shut off valve near the hob to shut off the gas.
