General Gas and plumbing capping and installation work

We are looking for a registered individual to complete the following work around our property. 1) Disconnect and cap off lounge gas fire and small hall gas heater. 2) Replace the in-house large Gas water boiler tank with the installation of a new outside wall-mounted instant gas water heater. 3) Remove all unnecessary gas piping around the property as there are 2 other capped ends in the kitchen and dining area. ( can talk this through) 3) Owner will remove all disconnected appliances, however, they will need all piping tidied up This is pretty much the work that needs to be done, however, can discuss the full extent of work with the installation team.
