Job description
One fireplace on the ground floor is not turning on. Not sure why. The larger fireplace upstairs was struggling to start last night and the fan is not working. By struggling to start - the gas lights in the starter corner but sometimes doesnt catch. The flames are also quite uneven - good either side but weak in the middle. Fireplaces are the same as pictured. Coals only, we dont have (or want) the fake logs.
