Fix leak to gas hobs and reposition gas bottles

Gas hobs have stopped working at my rental property. Apparently there is a leak somewhere between the bottles and the hobs. Also bottles are under house so apparently need to be repositioned to be next to house instead. Ideally someone who can quote for job on Monday, so tenant is not without cooking facilities for too long. Thanks for your help.
