Oven, salamander and gas heater

Hi I'd like to get all 3 of the above listed items checked and repaired Oven - Door may need replacing, 2 hobs not working I'd suspect blockage. Salamander - assessed possible repair required Heater - assessed possible repair required We've taken back a franchised cafe site and are looking to get all gas, electrical etc. checked and repaired where required as the site shows fairly long term neglect.
