Stove gas flames are low

My gas burners on an Indesit oven/hob are burning very low (small flames) Not sure why? Recently bought the house and have not change the oven/hob setup. The hob runs off a 9kg LPG gas bottle - replaced with a new one, but no difference Would like someone to have a look and rectify.
