Replacing / upgrading hotwater system

Hi I have an old Vulcan hotwater system with tank since 1995 now has no hot water. It is connecting LPG gas. Last time I changed the lighter but again it is not working. dispite its age, the system worked very well with instant instaneous continuous hot water flow. I'd like to replace the old system(maybe only the tank, needs professional judge) into a same new system or upgrade into a more efficient system with same working result for a large house.
