Replacing Gas Cook Top

replacing a gas cook top. existing needs to be removed for a bench top resurface, then once complete new cook top installed. I will supply the new cook top. likely to need 2 visits, one for disconnect then a couple day later reconnect new hob. Ideally disconnect the end of this week in preparation for bench top resurface and re-connection ideally next Wednesday 5th or Thursday 6th April. NB I'm on a school camp the next 2 days. Please forgive any delay in responding.
