Bathroom plumbing ( renovation ) and connecting mains gas to house

Vanity and toilet need to come out THEN flooring will be done. After flooring is finished, new vanity , new toilet need to be connected Check mains Toby's ( possible leak ) PLUS.....connect gas to the house and instal Rheem type water thingmejig. Bath taps need to be replaced and shower head ? Replaced to get higher pressure. Needs to be done ASAP ( I know everyone says this !!!) BUT ADULT SONS WILL DIG THE DRAINS FOR GAS One son is home at the moment doing carpentry work in bathroom so ithe bigger plumbing jobs need to be started as soon as floor is finished. Son ( Pedro ) cell is --- if you need to talk to him ' direct'. A QUOTE is required. I put up to $5000 range 'below' but I realise getting the gas connected to the house has fixed costs
