Connect New Gas Stove

Bought a new gas stove (Haier 60cm 4-Burner Gas Cooktop) from Noel Leeming to replace our old stove and need someone to connect gas fittings. We have LPG gas bottles, not natural gas. Please see attached photos. I put clear tape on the gas pipe for now.

Gas stove with 4 burners, one of it the file won't stay lit for long period

fisher and packed- gas oven. Left front not work. I think it's the safety flame that needs to be fixed. Other gas hobs all working, but just the 1 element not working. It's the safety flame one. Let me know. Its a fisher and paykel brand.
