Check Gas system Rheem Integrity 26

I have a reliability problem with my Rheem Integrity 26 system. It does not heat the water if the hot tap water flow is not turned on to maximum. I hear a strange whine from the Rheem System when I turn the hot tap on full, and then the water heats. I am looking for a Gas Fitter to check it out for me.
