We need a qualified gas fitter to split supply from an existing electric water heater and to supply & fit Rinnai continuous hot water, piping for LPG for same and to gas hobs in lower level flat. Needs separate cut off valves and a check meter for lower level only. Hobs require jets fitting for Lpg supplied with unit.
