Fireplace Servicing and Advise on TV / AV Wall Mount

I have a gas fireplace and there is space above it with 2xpower sockets, TV and wired Ethernet ports available. The fireplace was not serviced probably since 2022 (or even earlier) and the TV sits in front of the fireplace and it cannot be used. What I would like to do are: 1. Service the fireplace and getting it ready before winter. 2. Seek advice on whether it's safe to install TV wall mount and 1 long (or 2 shorter) floating shelf/shelves above the fireplace for mounting the TV and sound bar. I may still have the original Samsung soundbar wall mount. The TV is Samsung 65-inch unit --- . The sound bar is Samsung B-series unit.
