Very nice guy! Spend around 20 minutes at my place. Looked at the problem ( 'Stove knob/burner is not working' - the knob didn't work and had to be replaced). Advised to buy and install a new stove and did nothing else. Charged $172.50 for 20 mins and "valuable" advice. Nevertheless, promised to order spare parts and come back (I believe never happened). Still waiting... đ It was a good lesson. I believe, I will better buy a new stove, just need to find some else to install...

"Hi Dmitry, As advised, I needed to do a site visit to determine what the issue was. You told me you didn't want to buy a new stove, hence my site visit to find an alternative. Unfortunately my time and plumbing advise does not come for free and what you were charged for is a standard plumbers call out rate. I had indeed ordered the parts to complete the job. I'm sorry this was taking longer than expected to arrive (European part). I wish you reached out before reviewing to resolve this together."
