Hook up freestanding stove to replace wall oven and separate hobs

Job description

I currently have an electric wall oven and separate gas hobs. They sit against adjacent walls close to each other. I've purchased a SMEG freestanding stove (oven + hobs) that I intend to put into the area where the current hobs sit. This is the first part of kitchen renovations so I need the SMEG unit fitted with an extended gas hose (1.5 to 2m) and electric cable so that I can pull the unit out from the wall when I want to lay floor tiles, etc. I'm expecting additional electric cable will be needed (maybe 4m) I intend to remove the cabinetry around the hobs myself. This will happen after the current hobs are unfitted and the new SMEG unit is fitted as the cabinetry is need to support the current hobs till the SMEG is fitted. I require a single tradesman to disconnect the current oven/hobs and connect up the SMEG - both electric and gas. I'm within the Botony Downs/Howick area.
