Connect gas hob

Hi, We have an existing 5 burner gas hob ready for bottled gas supply and need the connection installed from a standard exterior BBQ gas bottle to the hob itself. the distance from hob to exterior position is approx 3m or so. Also require contractor to be able to provide the relevant gas/energy works cert for the work. I have attached photos of the existing connection point under the hob, and the exterior position closest to the kitchen. Need a bit of advice on the best/most economical/legal location for the bottle.
