We are buying a house in Waikanae and need to have the gas system certified as safe. We have 7 working days for this to be done before we confirm the purchase contract.

Mr. Porter arrived on time. He made a thorough job of assessing the work that will be required. The only task that could be completed at the time of his visit was to examine the gas installation for compliance with regulations. He made the examination. Unfortunately Certification could not be granted. Rectification will be carried out when we have finalised purchase of the property.
