New Cooker fitted and old gas hob removed

I need the old gas hob disconnected and the new free-standing gas cooker connected please. I will get a sparkie to wire the electric separately. The old cabinet is ready to be knocked out as soon as the hob is disconnected and I will be on-hand to remove. Photos attached (Gas Pipe into gas hob and pipe up through floor behind cabinet) (Old cabinet and oven) (New cooker and connection). Added new photos following a request from another gas fitter.
