Bathroom improvements

Ok we are ready to go ahead with this job now. My bathroom is from the 70"s and would like to change this. I know it might be tight to go get it done by Xmas but nothing is impossible. Walls and ceilings need replacing new shower to be installed ( yet to buy) want to look into the cost of turning the toilet bathroom into one room. Also replace toilet. We would prefer where possible for someone capable of doing most of the work. We have the vanity and a tower cabinet an all tap fittings already as do the towel rails and 3 in 1 light extractor. have recently had insulation installed in ceiling and floor. We would do floor coverings and demolition ready for the new to be done.
