Install gas cooktop

Fit gas cooktop to existing gas supply. Piping runs across ceiling in roof cavity above from gas metre over to Rinnai Infinity water heater on exterior wall. Need to assess whether can add an additional connection to this gas supply line to run a gas cooktop in kitchen below, running from roof cavity, down wall and to cooktop.
