Removal of electric cylinder & header tank & replace with gas water heater. I prefer the Rheem 24. Existing natural gas and plumbing pipes have ok access under the house and the unit can be situated right outside the kitchen. Will need to do and certify plumbing, gasfitting and electrical connections. Current taps & mixer are suitable for mains pressure. Bonus if you also do kitchen and bathroom renovations - I'd like to get advice for replacing a shower and enlarging the kitchen.
