Gas heaters - remove 2, check 1

We have 3 gas heaters. We'd like two removed - one is in front of a fireplace that we want to restore. We have been using this one. The other one to be removed is in the hallway - hasn't been used since we moved in 2 years ago. There is a third one that we want to keep for now so we want it checked to see if it's ok to use as it hasn't been checked/used for a while.
