New Build

We have concept plans to build a 275 sqm house in Upper Hutt. We are looking for a rough estimate at this stage to help with budgeting and availability for a start in Dec or Jan. It is a long house with services on to within 7 metres of the garage but the water is probably 16m away. Wet areas, 2 baths, 1 WC, a laundry are long distances apart with the kitchen and ensuite being about 28m away for example. There will be 3 basins, 2 showers, 3 WCs and a bath. We would like to install calor gas as gas is not available and an instant gas hot water system. We will have a gas hob and a gas fire. We are on a budget and need tradespeople with solid references.
