Laundry is currently in the small kitchen that doesn't have a pantry. Would like to move it to the internal access garage. If not possible, or too pricey, move washing machine and put in a super tub to where the hot water cylinder is (also in small kitchen on the same wall as the existing laundry) and put a pantry in next to it (probably one of those $80 cupboards from bunnings etc) Install gas hot water system. House has reticulated gas hooked up, currently powering a 1970s spacey looking heater.
