Remove Old Gas Heater

I wish to disconnect a 1989 full height gas wall heater. The power is via a 240plug (shown in photos). Gas is via copper line through the wall. The gas line also supplies a gas hot water cylinder behind the heater. Happy for the quote to either include GIB reinstatement or not (wall will be wallpapered afterwards).
