Moving Gas Bottles

We are currently planning some changes to our kitchen/laundry, but unfortunately our existing gas bottles are in the way. I've attached an image of roughly what we're planning, but obviously before we go any further, we need to know if it's even possible, and if not, what our options are. Is this something you could do? It wouldn't be happening for a few months at least, as I said we're still planning things, just trying to get my ducks in a row. In the image you'll see we plan to move the back door (in green), and extend our deck to suit (in yellow). Would it be possible to place our gas bottles in either the blue or orange locations? We plan on building a small, ventilated enclosure for them on a little concrete pad, if this idea is even viable. To further complicate matters, we've been told that the existing location of the bottles isn't to code. When we tried to swap gas providers to Mercury, they refused to replace them as they are too close to the drain (drain is just to the left of the gas bottles). Not sure what impact this has on matters. Lastly, the gate is being removed and the grass etc against the house is going.
