Replace hob

Hi, I have purchased a replacement Smeg gas hob model CIR66XS3 to modernise an existing same size Smeg hob, a 1 for 1 replacement. The size of the bench cut out should match or be close. The goal is to have flame failure devices on the burners. Natural Gas installation is required (the seller of the near new hob said they used it for Natural Gas although underneath it is stickered for LPG - to be confirmed). I can meet on site Thursday 27th 1pm to 5pm only as I need to travel so would prefer the job is completed then.
