Remove Old Unflued Rinnai Gas Heater

I need a gasfitter to remove the old Rinnai Unflued gas heater from our hallway wall. We want to remove the majority of that wall to build in a cupboard so after removal the gasfitter may need to cut the pipe down the pipe and cap it as close to the ground as possible to enable us to do that. Expect this should be a very quick job and just be the call out fee and cost of a brass cap.
