No hot water

Lost hot water tonight. 2x 45kg tanks Valve that you turn to swap tanks usually shows up red when you connect it, indicating gas or gas pressure is there. It is white now. I turned it to the other tank and it changed to red for a second but then went back to white. Tanks are less than a week old so super full and still weight very heavy. No smells that I could tell
